Supervision

SERVICES FOR MENTAL HEALTH INTERNS & POST DOCTORAL RESIDENTS

Supervision services are designed to support your professional growth and enhance your skills as a therapist through the following:

Case Conceptualizations: Together, we will review and develop your case conceptualizations, ensuring you create effective and insightful treatment plans.

Ethical Guidance: I will assist you in navigating ethical dilemmas, helping you address complex situations with confidence and professionalism.

Skill Development: My supervision sessions focus on refining your therapeutic skills, offering practical feedback and guidance to improve your effectiveness.

Personal Growth: I am committed to fostering your personal and professional growth, supporting you as you develop into a skilled and empathetic clinician.

Dr. Remek is a qualified supervisor for registered mental health counseling interns in the state of Florida. Additionally, supervision is offered for other mental health professionals including post-doctoral residents in clinical psychology. Unfortunately, supervision cannot be offered for licensed clinical social workers. Dr. Remek’s areas of specialization include working with clients who have neurodevelopmental disorders (such as Autism and ADHD), mood disorders (including bipolar disorder and postpartum depression), and anxiety disorders, which are treated through evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, mindfulness-based strategies, and biofeedback. Once you are determined to be a good fit, a supervision contract is enacted for supervision, and fees for supervision may apply. Please contact us to discuss fees and arrange your supervision sessions.

Student Intern Program

Revive Neurocenter is proud to collaborate with Nova Southeastern University to provide practicum placements for graduate students pursuing degrees in school psychology.

At Revive Neurocenter, we are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and compassionate care. Our student interns are closely supervised by licensed Qualified Supervisors on-site at Revive Neurocenter, as well as through their respective universities. This integrated supervision model allows interns to receive consistent guidance, feedback, and support as they begin working directly with clients.

Our student interns:

  • Have completed the majority of their graduate-level coursework

  • Have demonstrated foundational clinical skills and have been approved by their university for practicum or internship training

  • Receive ongoing supervision, consultation, and evaluation throughout their clinical experience

  • Work alongside an experienced clinical team that supports assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions

Student interns at Revive Neurocenter conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations focused on autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental concerns across the lifespan. These evaluations may include clinical interviews, standardized assessment measures, and developmental history to support diagnostic clarification and individualized recommendations. Clients who choose to complete an evaluation with a student intern benefit from a collaborative, team-based approach, with experienced licensed clinicians closely reviewing all findings to ensure accuracy, quality, and clinically meaningful results.

Revive Neurocenter is dedicated to supporting healing, growth, and meaningful change in a safe and welcoming environment. Our Student Intern Program allows us to increase access to affordable mental health services while helping to train and mentor future mental health professionals.

All student interns at Revive Neurocenter follow the ethical standards of their profession and comply with Revive Neurocenter policies, including the Internship Supervision Agreement and Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA).
